Easton ice cream shop goes above and beyond to help with medical emergency | Letter

There was a recent medical emergency close to Talk of the Town Ice Cream & More in Easton. Emergency vehicles responded to the scene after someone called 911, and as soon as the owners realized what was happening they couldn’t do enough to help.

The employees made sure to bring ice and cold bottles of water to everyone at the scene. Even though they were busy with customers, they stayed on top of our situation by asking how they could help. Once it was determined that the situation was stable, they brought out a tray of Italian ices for the first responders.

It was such a kind, thoughtful, and much appreciated act of generosity on a scorching afternoon. I would like to offer public thanks to the kind couple who owns this small establishment in Easton, and want the entire community to know how generous and attentive they were during a crisis.

Please patronize this business whenever you’re in the area!
